Speaker: Jay Lockhart
Born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, Dr. Jay Lockhart is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, David Lipscomb University, Harding Graduate School of Religion, and earned his PhD from Trinity Theological Seminary.
He married the former Arlene Carter in 1958. They are parents to three children and enjoy six grandchildren.
Dr. Lockhart recently celebrated his 50th year as a minister preaching in West Virginia, Kentucky, Texas and Oklahoma. Dr. Lockhart is a member of the Board of Trustees at Freed-Hardeman University.
We are very fortunate to welcome Dr. Lockhart for another lectureship at the Canyon Lake Church of Christ.
